For my buyers, I make sure we have all the details before we put in the offer. When we’re serious about a home, I’ll provide and go over a complete profile of that home - from reviewing the tax records, permit history, the previous sale price, and much more.
For sellers, it’s all in the marketing. I always strive to go above and beyond what’s considered ‘standard’. I make sure to get a professional photographer (and videographer), host open houses where we invite the whole neighborhood, run social media ads to targeted buyers and much more in addition to flyers and email blasts.
